FAQ

ISP supports your business to discover the potential mid and long term plans for the business which aligns with the national and global climate and sustainability agenda. You could see it as a discovery dive, a short programme that enables you to explore the ocean of possibilities.

ISP is a 3 – 6 months programme that includes activities that measures the current state of sustainability practice, benchmarking, design-led innovation, and a strategy plan for mid and long term. After the ISP, the business could implement sustainability practices and make incremental improvements in the current setup, while at the same time, shifting towards a more sustainable driven business model.

The programme is aimed at ‘Innovating for a better future’. We are in the climate crisis and numerous policies and initiatives are all over the place. How does your company leap and reframe global or regional crises to opportunities? How could your company do no harm while making profit? The ISP programme provides you quick wins to incorporate sustainability practice and potential business models that thrive in the future.

The ISP employs both qualitative and quantitative research activities during the process. This helps to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the business to identify potential areas for growth or new viable business models.

All Singaporean registered companies with 30% local shareholding could apply the Enterprise Sustainability Programme (ESP) supported by Enterprise Singapore. The company is eligible for up to 70% support if the company has less than 200 employees or the annual revenue is below $100 million. Else, the financial support cap is 50%. The business owner is required to apply for the grant before the commencement of the project via Business Grant Portal.
